			The objectives of this discussion are for students and faculty to ask questions about preparing students for careers in microbiology, for non-academic participants to discuss their needs for microbiologists, and for the panelists to provide their unique insights and be a resource on this topic.

Meeting Costs

Membership Dues:
- Full Members: $10
- Students or Postdoctoral Fellows: $5
- You do not have to pay OBASM Membership Dues if you already paid them along with your national ASM membership dues.
Meeting Registration Fee:
- Full Members: $10
- Students or Postdoctoral Fellows: $5
- The registration fee covers all drinks and food costs except Saturday lunch and Banquet dinner.
- These prices apply for online registration only... registration at the meeting is :
  - $20 for full members
  - $10 for postdoctoral fellows, as well as for graduate and undergraduate students.
Saturday Meals:
- Box Lunch - $10
- Banquet Dinner - $20

Registration ... fill out and submit the electronic registration form

Deadline for registration with abstract submission and food options is March 22.

If you miss the online registration deadline, you are still encouraged to attend the meeting.
You can register at the meeting, but you cannot purchase meals after April 1.

Lodging Information

For Students Attending OBASM:

A limited number of rooms are available for Friday and Saturday night at Days Inn, 1423 County Road 1575 (I-71 & SR-250), Ashland, OH 44805, (419) 289-0101.
These rooms are available only to graduate or undergraduate students, at no cost, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
However, each student must share rooms with 3 roommates (4 students per room).
To reserve a room, one person from the group must call OBASM Secretary/Treasurer Andrew Greene at (419) 289-5259.
These lodging arrangements must be made no later than Thursday, March 21.
OBASM cannot guarantee availability of student rooms after that date.
