Student Award Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for students who attend this year's Branch Meeting!
- OBASM will sponsor the attendance of one winning student at a Career Development workshop at the ASM General Meeting in Denver this May!
- The award will cover your workshop registration fees and two nights of accomodations, and $200 to cover materials and incidental expenses.
- You must attend the Ohio Branch meeting in April to learn more!

Ohio Branch now has student chapters at the following

- Information about careers in microbiology, colleges and
universities that offer microbiology degrees, fellowships, travel
grants to national meetings, etc.

Ohio Microbiology Awards for High School Students
The Ohio Microbiology Awards are given annually to students who
have developed research projects that show innovation, intelligence,
independence and good scientific method. The judges look for students
who understand and have mastered the science of their project.

page.
